6. Once you give us your approval we will begin the work on your car, not before. However, we may have ordered parts for your vehicle so you do not have to waste any additional time waiting for them to arrive.
7. Once you approve the work, we will give you the updated estimate, and how long it should take so you know when you will be getting your car back.
8. Work begins on your vehicle, and we don’t stop until we get it right.
9. Once the repair is complete we will test your car with our electronic test equipment.
10. One more test drive to make sure we fixed the problem.
11. Lastly, we’ll give you a call confirming that your vehicle is ready for you to pick up.
