The Company
Back in 1991, I had a stellar idea, and that was to open my very own auto repair shop. I realized that having my own business was going to be quite a bit different from working for someone else. Instead I would be working for myself, and be responsible for the repair on all of the vehicles that people bring in to me.
While I had no idea what I was getting myself into, I did know that I am a great mechanic. I have fixed hundreds, no thousands of vehicles. What I did not have was any experience in running my own shop, nor did I have any functional skill at managing mechanics.
Despite all of these possible roadblocks, I moved ahead with the idea. I created new type of auto repair shop. The philosophy behind my shop is to bring the very best quality care I could possibly bring to the people in my area at the very best possible price.
When I think today of how far I have come over nearly two decades now, I am overcome with gratitude to all my customers. You cast a vote of confidence in me and my staff by placing your vehicle in my hands. By making the choice to come to Professional Auto Care, Inc., you gave us the opportunity to serve you well. You trusted us with the service and repair of your vehicles.
In time my goals began to change. I realized how important it was to keep the families of my customers safe by keeping their vehicles safe. My goal was to constantly improve my service to them. Professional Auto Care, Inc. has become a great company because of you. I view each as you as a friend and special client.
